Refund Policy
At Growth Digital Experts, we value our clients and strive to provide the best digital marketing, web development, and web design solutions tailored to each business need. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair to ensure mutual trust and satisfaction.

Our services are based on custom strategies, creative planning, and expert execution. As every project requires investment in research, development, and third-party resources, we generally do not offer full refunds once a service has commenced.
However, in certain circumstances, partial refunds may be considered as outlined below.
Eligibility for Refund
Refund requests will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The project has not been initiated or any deliverables have not been shared.
- You cancel your order within 48 hours of making the initial payment and before any work has started.
- If a delay in project commencement occurs due to unforeseen reasons on our end, and you decide not to continue.
Non-Refundable Services
Please note that the following services are non-refundable:
- Digital marketing services (including SEO, PPC, or social media campaigns) once the campaign setup or optimization has begun.
- Web development or web design projects once the client approves the initial concept or layout.
- Domain registration, hosting, third-party tools, or software license purchases made on your behalf.
- Customized or special development work that has already been started or completed.
Partial Refunds
In cases where partial refunds are approved, the amount refunded will depend on the work completed up to the cancellation date.
- 75% refund if the project has not started.
- 50% refund if initial strategy or design has been delivered.
- No refund once the project has moved into development or execution phase.
Cancellation Policy
- Clients may request cancellation by sending an email to info@growthdigitalexperts.com.
- Cancellations will only be valid once confirmed in writing by our support team.
- Any expenses already incurred by Growth Digital Experts before cancellation will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved:
- The amount will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
Project Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with the progress or quality of work, we encourage you to contact our support team first.
Our experts will review the issue and offer possible resolutions, including project revisions, alternative solutions, or partial credit toward future services.
No Refund Policy Applies To
- Change of mind after project approval.
- Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required inputs or approvals on time.

Any service that has been delivered in full or in progress as per the approved scope.
- Third-party integrations, API setup, or plugin purchases.
